  • 1 cup (250 ml) of cold coconut water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • Ice cubes (optional)
