Cucumber, Celery, Pineapple & Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh, diced)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)
  • Juice of 1 lime (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in water for about 10 minutes until they form a gel-like texture.
  2. In a blender, combine cucumber, celery, pineapple, and water (or coconut water).
  3. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Add the soaked chia seeds and stir.
  5. Pour into a glass over ice if desired, and enjoy!
